The System
PPDT was built at the request of law enforcement and security operations who needed a hand-to-hand system that was quick to learn, easy to use and more effective than anything they already had — and that would still work under the most stressful conditions.
For years it was only taught live, behind closed doors, to selected officers and operatives. This course gives you every module, technique by technique, with a full explanation of exactly how and why each one works — the same detailed information officers receive.
Rank beginners are catered for. It does not matter what shape you are in, how strong or flexible you are, or whether you have trained before.
Three Levels
One enrolment opens all three levels. Each level finishes with its own grading.

The foundations of the system: strikes, balance, distance, angulation and timing, the Body Alarm Reaction and the core control techniques.

Builds on Local with more strikes, more operational techniques and the skills to teach the system with confidence.
