About Russell

Russell Stutely: Pressure Point Fighting Expert & National Boxing Coach

For over 30 years I've taught pressure point fighting and real self-defence to police, security teams, fighters and martial artists all over the world — through my DVDs, digital downloads and online courses, and in person.

30 Years. One Mission.

My mission is simple: to teach you what actually works when it matters. Not theory, not tradition for its own sake, but skills that have been tested on the street, in the ring and in police training rooms around the world.

I created Pressure Point Defensive Tactics (PPDT), the system now used at over 100 police academies, and the Open Circle Fighting Method. Around 20,000 officers a year train with my methods.

Whether you're a martial artist looking for more from your kata, a fighter who wants to understand why some punches drop people, or someone who simply wants to protect themselves and their family, I'll show you how.
