Training and your health
Martial arts, pressure point and self-defence training is physical and carries a risk of injury. Before starting any of the training shown on this website or in our courses, DVDs and downloads, check with your doctor that you are fit to take part.
Always train under safe conditions, with a willing and properly briefed partner, and with control. Pressure point techniques can cause serious harm and must never be practised carelessly or used on anyone in fun.
The techniques we teach are for lawful self-defence and professional training only. You are responsible for using them within the law where you live. Russell Stutely Productions accepts no liability for any injury, loss or damage that results from the use or misuse of the information or techniques we teach.
